Changes to the exterior of your home and/or to your property requires approval from the Planning Committee. It is recommended that you read through the Deed Restrictions, Article II, Plans & Specifications and Article III, Restrictions before you begin any project. 

Print out and complete three (3) copies* of this form to submit with supporting documents to the Planning Committee: Paul King, [email protected] (*one copy for HOA records, one for the Planning Committee and one for Homeowner's records).
