HOA Dues Information:
- Some realtors tell buyers that HOA dues are voluntary. That is incorrect, our HOA dues are not voluntary.
- The dues are $75 annually, payable in January of the current year.

If you are not receiving an invoice, please let a Board member know so that we can get you in our system to avoid problems down the road.
- The HOA will not sue for foreclosure for non-payment. However, when a property is being sold, the title clerk must request an estoppel certificate from the HOA accountant. The HOA will pursue current homeowners who transfer their homes without paying their dues.
