Deed Restrictions
In your deed restrictions you can find what is acceptable for our neighborhood regarding changes to your home, restrictions, etc… If you have any question as to whether a change to your home or a new project is allowed it is always best to fill out the project application form first. This can save you time and money in the long run. All projects and deed restrictions are put on record and kept on file.
You will note that there are two sets of deed restrictions. Only those living on Baywood Drive must comply with the Baywood Restrictions. The Seminole Lake Deed Restrictions apply to the rest. The copies that are in adobe format are the exact copies of what are recorded with the county. If you have any questions you can contact your area director or any of the executive officers.
