Hello everyone,

The Baywood Lake Inspection was done today, and it was very informative.

The City and County officials will be sharing their findings via an upcoming HOA Zoom meeting to be announced as soon as it can be scheduled. Please try to attend and/or view the recorded replay.

Overall, there are many common problems that we share around the lake, such as severe erosion, excessive collections of sediment & muck.

I took notes and recorded the advise for each shoreline. Feel free to call me if you would like to discuss the specifics of the lake.
