This can save you time and money in the long run. All projects and deed restrictions are put on record and kept on file.
You will note that there are two sets of deed restrictions. Only those living on Baywood Drive must comply with the Baywood Restrictions. The Seminole Lake Deed Restrictions apply to the rest.
